• Deliverables remain our property until full payment is made.

Our dashboards may integrate with third-party tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, AWS, or Azure. These are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their data handling or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the project.

10. Indemnification

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
